How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page by entering your order number or email address.
How long does it take to process an order?
The processing time for each order is 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive your products within 3 to 10 business days.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always free. There are no additional charges for shipping, regardless of the size or weight of your package.

How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement as the order is currently being processed. If you wish to cancel your order within these 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible to submit your cancellation request. Our customer service team is ready to help you.
I want to cancel my order, but it is beyond 24 hours, what now?
Our apologies, but after 24 hours it is no longer possible to cancel the order. At this point, the order has already been released and forwarded to our warehouse for shipping. If you have any questions or need help with your order, please feel free to contact our customer service. We are ready to help you.
Returns
How can I return my order?
To return your order you can contact us in two ways. You can speak directly to our customer service via the handy chat function at the bottom right of every page. Alternatively, you can also send an email to zalorunclothing@outlook.com to start the returns process. Our dedicated team will be happy to assist you and ensure that your return goes as smoothly as possible.
What is the return policy?
You can return a product within 30 calendar days of receipt. The shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please see our returns policy for more information.
When will I receive my money back?
Once we receive the return at our warehouse, we will issue the refund within 5 business days. Please note that actual processing time may vary depending on your payment method and the speed of the banks. Our customer service is always ready to help you with any questions.
Are there exceptions to the right of return?
Yes, there are some exceptions. We can only issue a partial refund for products showing obvious signs of wear and tear, products that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts that are not our fault, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
